The LGC and LODGE are having a joint meeting on German RL shard Saturday 11th of March, and we need hosts! Unfortunately I don't know that many people on your lovely shard, so I figured I could ask for assistance on he forum
(Ireen has agreed to translate this and put it in the german section of the forum - Thank you!) Since this is a joint meeting we could use both a Lady and a Gentleman Hosting is easy
You decide what you want to do during the meeting, like sardines, marker hunts, scavenger hunts, or maybe you'd like some 'special' activities with the help of an admin. It's up to you
(You'll have to provide the admin yourself though, but an admin is always useful to have around the meetings anyway 
) Regarding the excact time for the meeting, this is up to the host to decide, but the saturday meetings are held around 8-9 pm GMT to accomodate most time-zones. (any later would be too late for many europeans, any earlier would be too early for americans.)
If you want to host this, or help out in any other way (we could perhaps use an interpreter, as I understand not everyone speaks english), or if you have any questions at all, please PM me!

Der Ladies Garden Club (LGC) and die League of D’ni Gentlemen Explorers (LODGE) veranstalten ein gemeinsames Treffen auf dem GRL Shard, am Samstag, den 11. März, und wir brauchen Gastgeber! Leider kenne ich nicht viele Leute auf eurem netten Shard, also dachte ich, ich frage einfach mal bei Euch im Forum nach.
(Ireen hat sich bereit erklärt, dies zu übersetzen, Danke!)Weil dies ein gemeinsames Treffen ist, könnten wir natürlich eine Dame und einen Herren gebrauchen.
„Gastgeber“ zu sein ist einfach
Ihr könntet überlegen, was man tun könnte auf dem Treffen, also Verstecken spielen, Markerspiele, Schnitzeljadgen, oder vielleicht wollt ihr ja auch „spezielle“ Aktivitäten, die die Hilfe eines Admins erfordern. (Man müsste den Admin selbst stellen, aber es ist eh praktisch einen da zu haben
)Wegen des genauen Termins, das sollten die Gastgeber entscheiden, aber die Samstagstreffen werden meist gegen 8-9 GMT abgehalten, damit es für die meisten Zeitzonen praktisch ist (später wäre zu spät für Europäer, früher zu früh für Amerikaner).
Wenn jemand von euch der „Gastgeber“ sein möchte, oder in irgendeiner anderen Weise helfen kann (vielleicht einen Übersetzer, weil vielleicht nicht alle Englisch können?), oder wenn ihr sonst irgendwelche Fragen habt, schreibt ne mir bitte ne PM!
