Not sure about a direct link to subscribing specifically to The Cavern Today (haven't found it myself), but the link to the blog Essjay posted (first post in thread) offers a lot of information, also for general subscription to iTunes et al.
There you can also post comments and ask questions, by commenting on a blog post. Additionally there is an email contact adress.

Ich bin mir nicht sicher ob es dort einen direkten Link zum Abonnement von The Cavern Today gibt (hab ihn selbst noch nicht entdeckt), aber der Link zum Blog, den Essjay gepostet hat (erster Beitrag im Thread) bietet eine Menge Informationen, auch zur allgemeinen Anmeldung bei iTunes und Ähnlichem.
Dort kann man auch Kommentare posten und Fragen stellen, indem man einen der Blog Posts kommentiert. Zusätzlich gibt es eine Mailadresse als Kontakt.
