The D'ni Games Council, in association with the Cavern Activities Team, is pleased to announce that the final preparations, for the 2006 D'ni Games, are underway. The Prelims will be held September 16 -17 and the finals, October 14 - 15. **Due to the problems that Ae'gura on D'mala presents, (excessive lag and desktop visitations) the city events, Tent Climb, 5K Run and Marathon, are being put on hold this year. I am looking into the possibility of creating another running event, to take the place of the the two runs, which would be held on another Age.
Currently the Events Include:
Kemo Sprints, Gira High Dive, Relto Island Hop, Ahyoheek, and an A - Z Race.

Putting out a "Last Call" to get people to show interest and sign up for this years D'ni Games. So far, only a handful of people have indicated interest in taking part this year.
If we don't see a significant influx of sign-ups, we will be postponing the games until after the start of Live. Live will hopefully offer us some new opportunities for new events for the future.
