Gruß an alle,
vor einiger Zeit hatte ich einen Brief an Cyan geschrieben, der jetzt beantwortet wurde. Das hört sich nicht sehr hoffnungsvoll an.

I apologize in advance for the "form-letter" nature of this response,
but with the number of people writing about the closing of Uru Live,
unfortunately, I can't write each of you back individually.
If you're getting this email, I have read your email, and in some
cases, forwarded it to Rand and/or others here at Cyan as well.
Many of you were upset at the announcement of Uru Live's shutting down.
After working on Uru for six years, please believe me, we're very
upset about it ourselves. Unfortunately, we really didn't have another
alternative.
Many of you sent encouraging words to us. Thank you very much! They
are greatly appreciated.
Some of you sent suggestions for keeping Uru Live open. We appreciate
your ideas and support. However, the majority of these ideas were
considered before the announcement was made. The ones that weren't we
will take a look at, but are very unlikely to be enough to keep Uru
Live open at this time.
Some of you asked us to reconsider Uru Live's closure. Closing Uru
Live was the last thing we wanted to do. If there had been a way to
keep Uru Live open and keep our jobs, we definitely would have done it.
Thanks for writing to us,
RAWA
